За підтримки Ректора ХНАДУ Віктора БОГОМОЛОВА в рамках реалізації міжнародного европейського проекту "Erasmus+ KA220-HED - Cooperation Partnerships in higher education", project: Transformational Learning Network for Resilience - Enabling Ukrainian higher education to ensure a sustainable and robust reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN)/ NA DAAD 2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000157119 команда кафедри екології приняла участь в літній школі, фінальний оф-лайн якої було проведено у Безмехова Гора, Польща в липні 2025 року.
Під час літньої школи були реалізовані завдання робочого пакету 4 «КУРСИ», власником якого є команда кафедри. Координує роботу за проектом від ХНАДУ професор Наталія ВНУКОВА. В проведенні літньої школи також прийняли участь представники команд Національного транспортного університету , Державного університету «Житомирська політехніка», Національного лісотехнічного університету України, Одеського національного університету імені Мечникова, Миколаївського національного університету кораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, Приазовського державного технічного університету і європейські партнери-організатори із Ржешувської політехніки. Метою школи була апробація міждисциплінарного курсу «Сталі бізнес-моделі» (Sustainable business models (SBMod)), який було розроблено в рамках міжнародного проекту. Всього ,під час реалізації проектних завдань було розроблено три інноваційні міждісціплінарних курси. Завдяки підтримки ректорату і учбового відділу здобувачі ХНАДУ, які навчаються за всіма освітніми програмами мають можливість формувати свої власні освітні траєкторії і обирати ці курси, які вже включено до загального каталогу вибіркових дисциплін. Методичне забезпечення курсів було здійснено викладачами кафедри екології . Оновлення освітніх програм для першого та третього освітніх рівнів з включенням курсів як обов’язкових освітніх компонент , реалізацію яких забезпечують викладачі кафедри екології є важливим фактором під час акредитації. Командою – модератором робочого пакету «Курси» було запропоновано інноваційну модель реалізації весняних шкіл. Для виконання завдань проекту з метою можливості долучення більшої кількості слухачів процес апробації було структуровано і він складався з двох частин : частина перша он-лайн , під час якої було представлено основні теоретичні матеріали, надано корисні посилання та рекомендації.
Кожну наступну лекцію читав представник одного з університетів Консорціуму. Таким чином , в рамках проекту вперше було реалізовано інноваційну модель роботи міжуніверситетської міждісціплінарної команди викладачів для реалізації міждісціплінарного курсу. Частина друга оф-лайн включала реалізацію «стартапів» із елементами сталого розвитку, екологічності, соціальної значущості. Три команди працювали над створенням інноваційних бізнес-моделей , які були презентовані під час фінальної зустрічі. Європейські експерти уважно стежили за процесом навчання , надавали свої рекомендації , ділилися практичними кейсами з розробниками та слухачами курсу. Таким чином, загальна робота літньої школи тривала більш ніж місяць. З метою підтвердження набутих компетентностей всім без виключення слухачам було запропоновано пройти тестування на україно-німецькій платформі, яку надав для апробації європейський координатор проєкту університет Еберсвальде, Німеччина. На платформі розміщено всі курси, які було розроблено за підтримки Європейського Союзу в рамках проекту. Тестування буде тривати з 16 липня до 1 серпня 2025 року.
With the support of the Rector of KNADU Viktor Bogomolov within the framework of the international European project "Erasmus+ KA220-HED - Cooperation Partnerships in higher education", project: Transformational Learning Network for Resilience - Enabling Ukrainian higher education to ensure a sustainable and robust reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN)/ NA DAAD 2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000157119 the team of the Department of Ecology took part in the summer school, the final offline of which was held in Bezmechowa Gora, Poland in July 2025. During the summer school, the tasks of the work package 4 ‘COURSES’, the owner of which is the team of the department, were implemented. Professor Nataliia VNUKOVA coordinates the project on behalf of KhNAHU. The summer school was also attended by representatives of the teams of National Transport University, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University, National Forestry University of Ukraine, Mechnikov Odesa National University, Admiral Makarov Mykolaiv National University of Shipbuilding, Priazovsky State Technical University and European organising partners from Rzeszow University of Technology. The aim of the school was to test the interdisciplinary course Sustainable business models (SBMod), which was developed as part of an international project. In total, three innovative interdisciplinary courses were developed during the implementation of the project tasks.
Thanks to the support of the rectorate and the academic department, KhNADU students studying in all educational programmes have the opportunity to form their own educational trajectories and choose these courses, which are already included in the general catalogue of elective courses. Methodological support for the courses was provided by the teachers of the Department of Ecology. Updating the educational programmes for the first and third educational levels with the inclusion of courses as compulsory educational components, the implementation of which is provided by the teachers of the Department of Ecology, is an important factor in accreditation. The team that moderated the Courses work package proposed an innovative model for the implementation of spring schools. In order to fulfil the project's objectives and to involve more students, the testing process was structured and consisted of two parts: part one was online, during which the main theoretical materials were presented, useful links and recommendations were provided. Each subsequent lecture was delivered by a representative of one of the Consortium universities.
Thus, for the first time, the project implemented an innovative model of work of an inter-university interdisciplinary team of teachers to implement an interdisciplinary course. The second part of the offline course included the implementation of ‘start-ups’ with elements of sustainable development, environmental friendliness, and social significance. Three teams worked on creating innovative business models that were presented at the final meeting. European experts closely monitored the learning process, provided their recommendations, and shared practical cases with the developers and course participants. Thus, the overall work of the summer school lasted more than a month. In order to confirm the acquired competencies, all students, without exception, were offered to take a test on the Ukrainian-German platform ukrdigital.hnee.de, which was provided for testing by the European project coordinator, the University of Eberswalde, Germany. The platform contains all the courses developed with the support of the European Union under the project. The testing will run from 16 July to 1 August 2025.
