Anton Pavlovich Kholodov
Rector of Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University since 2026.
After receiving higher education in the specialty "Automated Control of Technological Processes", Anton Pavlovich's entire professional life has been connected with our university. 

It was in Avtodorozhny that A. P. Kholodov grew as a teacher, scientist and manager, having passed all the professional steps. He successfully defended his PhD thesis and received the title of associate professor, and continues to be actively engaged in scientific and publishing activities. In different years, Anton Pavlovich was an assistant to the dean of the mechanical faculty responsible for career guidance work, issues related to graduating specialists and relations with indastrial enterprises, as well as for international cooperation. He worked as a deputy dean of the faculty for training foreign citizens. Before being elected to the position of a rector, he worked as the director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Education and Cooperation.

For A. P. Kholodov, Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University is not just a place of work, but a part of his family history. Today, Anton Pavlovich is a representative of a dynasty of teachers, because it was here that his grandfather and father worked, forming in him a special sense of responsibility for the future of his native alma mater.

All this time, A. P. Kholodov has specialized in developing international partnerships, promoting scientific and research cooperation and supporting education, integrating global academic standards into KhNADU programs, and promoting innovative educational technologies for distance learning and digitalization in construction.

In the field of international relationship, Anton Pavlovich has real experience and knowledge: he actively participates in the preparation and implementation of scientific and educational international projects and grants, in the use of modern information technologies and the creation of digital solutions; he leads initiatives related to microcredit courses for future managers in the construction industry and implements ideas for sustainable development and modernization of engineering education in accordance with European standards.

It is quite natural that as a rector, the primary task for Anton Pavlovich will be focused on scientific and international activities, which will provide the university with new prospects and resources, and the new internal policy will provide everyone who currently works and studies at KhNADU with organizational support and give way to professional grows and creativity.
