KA2 Projects TeDiMeLi, full name "Teaching Digital Media Literacy in Times of Societal Change in Ukraine" is co-funded by the European Union and is of strategic importance for higher education in Ukraine. After all, critical digital competencies today are the main tool for safe navigation in the modern complex information landscape. Without the ability to distinguish facts from fakes, understand social media algorithms, and counteract disinformation, it is impossible to imagine the training of a modern European specialist.

During the three years of work on the project, it is planned to create, accredit, test and disseminate 20 educational programs on various aspects of media literacy, designed to increase the media literacy index of Ukrainian society. As a result of introducing these programs into the educational process with broad involvement of the public of different age groups, Digital Media Literacy Centers (DMLCs) will be created in four strategically selected Ukrainian universities (KhNAHU, Cherkasy State Technological University, Chernihiv National Technological University ("Chernihiv Polytechnic") and Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University), which will systematically work to increase the media literacy index not only in university communities, but also among various segments of the general public.
