In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”, the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 547/2011 “Issues of providing access to public information by government executive bodies” of May 5, 2011, as well as the letter №1/939 “On the Need for Coverage of Public Information on Websites of the University” dated January 19, 2012, Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University provides public information in response to an information request.

Information requesters have the right:

• To address Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University with a request for information, the requirements to which are specified by the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”.
• To address Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University with an information request, regardless of whether the document in question is related to that person, without specifying the reason for request. Information requests may be individual or collective.
• A request for information can be submitted orally, in writing, by mail, fax, phone, e-mail, or by other means at the requestor’s discretion.  A requester may also address Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University during individual appointments with University officials.
